Cottonwood Organics Return Policy

At Cottonwood Organics, we take pride in the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us!

Returns

We accept returns on unused products within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in the condition you received them.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent or item arrives damaged), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, opened, or customized (including tallow blends or gift sets) cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at cottonwoodorganic@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at cottonwoodorganic@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right!
